Flamenco Roots This performance reveals the origins of the Flamenco dance and how it evolved from a blend of Jewish, Arabic, Castillian, ancient Andalusian, and gypsy cultures into what it is today. The photos from the performance are available here.   Almas Gitanas - Gypsy Souls This work conveys the passion and the spirit of the Gypsy Soul.   Romanceros Gitanos - Gypsy Ballads This performance was dedicated to an influential poet and dramatist, Federico Garcia Lorca, a member of Spain’s greatest generation of artists. Inspired by Lorca’s book of poetry, Romancero Gitano, Isabella beautifully combined Flamenco dance and music with readings of Lorca's most celebrated poems.
